The Sales & Marketing Director will plan and direct sales and marketing activities of our clients’ products and services. The Sales & Marketing Director charts the course, develops the sales vision, and implements the annual plans that will propel the company toward increased market share and greater brand recognition. He or she will provide extensive strategic oversight for execution of both short and long term plans. They will provide guidance and direction to the global sales team. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets, this position will be capable of contributing meaningful insight to the sales and marketing functions, and play an integral role in the overall development and growth of our client.
The qualified candidate who will be a seasoned, hands-on sales professional will have a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in industrial sales and marketing. Strong prior leadership experience with a proven track record of building effective sales teams and strong sales growth will be required. Although not required, some international sales and marketing experience would be a plus.
