SUMMARY
Manage relationship with customers to achieve annual sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans for achieving sales objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
WORK PERFORMED:
SCOPE, PURPOSE, & FREQUENCY OF CONTACTS:
Daily contact with customers.
Daily contact with Inside and Associate Sales Representatives.
Daily contact via phone and written correspondence with marketing personnel.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
B.S. degree in Business or Engineering is preferred. Candidate with other degrees or equivalent experience will be considered.
Five to seven years with a successful track record as a Sales Representative and a Senior Sales Representative.
Be recognized as a dominant factor in the marketplace via personal contacts developed through involvement in professional associations, direct customer contact with management at customer locations, associated companies, as well as, civic and governmental agencies.
Willingness to relocate.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
Self-sufficient.
Receives assistance from marketing personnel for pricing and product application information.
